At the Official Mercedes-AMG F1 Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your official team gear, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, original condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
